A delivery date may be chosen in your cart before checking out. For Valentine's Day / Mother's Day, a shipping option is in checkout. We do our absolute best to have your arrangement delivered on that day, but it is not guaranteed. For "Valentine's Day Delivery (Feb 10/13/14)" orders may deliver earlier than February 10 to avoid transit delays; such as, but not limited to a February 9 or February 8 delivery. In the case a package is delayed past Valentine's Day; as regrettably in rare cases transit delays can occur that are outside of Saaya Rose's control, we will do our best to assist you within our policies - please reach out to us at email@example.com.
Delivery dates and Delivery for Valentines / Mother's Day excludes: Remote locations, USA Territories (American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), PO, APO and FPO Boxes; these orders will ship if possible, but late delivery is likely and should be expected.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed, as delays or an early delivery may occur. For custom selected delivery dates, we highly recommend choosing a date that is one or two days earlier to avoid delays. For International orders, delays may occur in customs/transit/processing, dates are not guaranteed. We may ship earlier to avoid delays such as during COVID-19.

DAMAGED / LOST / THEFT (NO Shipping Protection)
We will do our best to assist you! Any loss, damage or theft without Shipping Protection, will need to be investigated and approved by UPS, FedEx or the carrier used.
- Damage: Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of tracking stating "delivered" + Images or video of the damage.
- Theft/Loss: If not received, contact us after 5 days from tracking stating "delivered" (the courier may have falsely marked the package as delivered, and may deliver later), but before 10 days to ensure we can investigate.
- Missing/Loss: If there has been no updates/movement on the tracking number (ex. stuck in one location, undelivered), contact us within 14 days from the last update on tracking.
After the above time frames, claims cannot be summited. These investigations can take longer than expected. As well, these carriers can deny claims, in which we are not able to provide replacements. We can only offer replacements once approved by the shipping carrier.
Ensure you attach your order number and the issue. If damaged, please attach a photo/video of the damage. We will do our best to quickly get this resolved!
International Taxes, Duties and Delivery
All orders are processed and shipped from Canada, although very rare, delays due to customs clearance may occur and are out of Saaya Rose control. All customers outside of the United States or Canada are responsible to pay any applicable duties, taxes and any other fees which your local government (customs authority) may charge. Customs fees for United States orders over $799 value, may apply.
These fees are paid to your local carrier or government - Saaya Rose does not collect these fees, and, therefore, we cannot refund them.
We ship international packages as duties and taxes unpaid, this means these fees are not included in price of the goods you have purchased from: www.saayarose.com
All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. We recommend for you to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
All international shipments are sent via: UPS or FedEx. UPS pays all duties and taxes owed on your behalf in order to deliver the package in shortest time frame possible. Your parcel will only be released once you repay any duties and taxes that were paid on your behalf by UPS or FedEx. If refused or unpaid after multiple attempts, the parcel will be abandoned. If marked as abandoned by the courier, no refunds, discounts or replacements will be owed.
Customers Outside of the United States or Canada must provide a valid phone number, as UPS or FedEx may contact the importer if required to assign a broker or other details required for delivery. Delivery can be delayed due to the customs process. Saaya Rose is not responsible for any delayed international orders, or abandoned parcels due to unpaid fees/unsuccessful delivery.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us at email@example.com immediately.
The address cannot be changed once your package has been processed or shipped out. Therefore, please try to contact us as early as possible. Additional shipping charges may apply.
DELIVERED, BUT NOT DELIVERED
Important, all Saaya Rose packages include tracking. If the tracking information confirms that the order has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact UPS at: 1-800-742-5877, or FedEx: 1 (800) 463-3339 to investigate this issue. We see the same details as you, in which contacting the courier is highly recommended.
Saaya Rose cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. Therefore, we strongly advise watching the tracking number closely, shipping to a secure and safe location.

DELIVERY REFUSED / RETURN TO SENDER
Please note, Saaya Rose sales are final and if in the rare case you or the recipient 'returns to sender' due to refusal or unable to deliver; you will be billed a reship/restocking fee + return to sender fee, based on order total. Not valid if shipped internationally (outside the USA/Canada).
If refused or unable to deliver and the package is abandoned by the courier, we are unable to refund, reship or discount the order.
Return to Sender (USA & Canada Only) | Refund
"Return to Sender" refers to the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) being unable to deliver, which can be due to multiple reasons. In which the carrier returns the package to Saaya Rose, due to unsuccessful delivery.
Fees that will be deducted in the case a refund is possible: Shipping costs, Return to Sender fee & restocking fee (exact amount ranges depending on order).
You will not be refunded shipping charges. If you received Free or discounted Shipping; the true shipping cost will be calculated and deducted. Restocking fee will apply based on the item, from 25% up to 50%. Return to sender cost will be calculated upon delivery to our warehouse.

Our roses are made to last for a year with proper care and maintenance. Kindly note, all rose colors naturally fade/change over time, as they are 100% real, and may fade/change prior to the 1 year mark. Due to multiple factors such as but not limited to: environmental, sunlight and harsh lighting. Rose color fading/changing can occur with Saaya Roses.
With that being said, with proper care the roses can last for a year and even longer without wilting!

Yes, all our preserved rose arrangements (excluding our clear case collection and Silk Roses) have a natural rose scent added. The actual roses will outlast their scent - so enjoy the scent while it lasts, as the scent is temporary.
How to maintain your arrangement
Taking care of Saaya Rose preserved flowers is simple and easy! To make the flowers last their entire lifespan please read following instructions.
- Do not water your roses. Unlike regular (unpreserved) roses they do not require and in water will damage your arrangement.
- Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and strong lights.
- Ideal temperature to store your arrangement is: 15 to 20 degrees Celsius (60-70 degrees Fahrenheit)
- Do not touch the roses. Due to the delicate preservation solution touching the roses may cause irreparable damage and shorten their lifespan.
- Keep in a dust free environment. If dust does collect please lightly remove the dust using a duster.
- Do not place anything on top of the roses. The lid is intended to be placed on either the sides or the bottom of the box. Placing the lid on top may damage your roses.
- Do not remove the roses from their box. The roses are intended to be stored in their box as this will prolong the lifespan of the arrangement. Removing the roses may cause damage.
-Saaya Roses are real roses so please handle them delicately.

How long do the eternity roses last?
Our roses are made to last for a year with proper care and maintenance. With that being said, they can last for a year and even longer!

Saaya Rose shipping times can range from 1 up to 8 business days, depending on your delivery needs. Once shipped, for most orders we strive to deliver within 2 to 4 business days to the USA and Canada.
Processing time for orders is typically between 1 - 3 days, but due to the inlfux of orders may take up to 5 business day, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. In other words, ALL orders are subject to processing time. For expedited service, orders may ship with a color closest to the one chosen. NOTE: Processing is separate from the shipping method time frame.
Need your arrangement on a certain day? Be sure to order in advance and choose a delivery date in your cart! For Valentines and Mother’s day, you can select the dedicated shipping method at checkout.

Is there an issue with your arrangement upon arrival? Please contact email@example.com with your order number, a photo of the arrangement and shipping box. These photos are required to best assist and prevent recurrences.
*Note: Every arrangement is unique. As our roses and hydrangeas are 100% real [excluding SILK flowers] they do vary in color, shade, shape and size. Colors can range than shown in photos provided on site (Ex. Lighter or Darker). Each arrangement is custom made by a florist, in which they may make any adjustments they deem fit. This can include trimming of roses or change to similar color. Real Rose petals may curl on the ends, some more than others, curling petals is normal.
Do Saaya Roses Really Last?
YES! Our roses are made to last for a year with proper care and maintenance. Kindly note, due to time and environmental conditions such as home heating, artificial lighting, sunlight and so on, the rose color can begin to fade sooner than expected. Rose scent is added (Not including clear case box, or silk roses), so enjoy the scent while it lasts, as the scent is temporary.

Which Roses Hold Color The Longest?
All rose colors naturally fade/change over time, as they are 100% real, and may fade/change prior to the 1 year mark. Due to multiple factors such as but not limited to: environmental, sunlight and harsh lighting. Rose color fading/changing can occur with Saaya Roses. With that being said, the ones which typically hold their color longer than others are: Red, Metallics (Silver, Rose Gold, Gold), Black and White.

What Are Metallic Roses? (Gold, Rose Gold and Silver) -
The rose itself (Typically a White rose, under the coating) is 100% real, with a paint coating! Note: The non painted, inner petals, or some outer parts of the rose may show the natural white rose color. Our metallics are prone to larger cracks or small chips due to; paint, movement and naturally overtime.
Cracks or chips in petals will not effect the life of the roses.
How are Saaya Roses shipped?
All preserved rose box arrangements have special packaging to prevent damage, as these are delicate roses! All arrangements are tightly packed. In which, upon delivery with clean and dry fingertips, you may lightly fluff the roses if needed (Do not tug or pull). After the initial fluff, we do not recommend touching the roses.
Our petals/roses are not glued/adhered into the Clear Case boxes (Clear Box with drawer and lid). As stated in the product description manual adjusts upon arrival are required as they are 100% loosely arranged into the box. With the said, the Clear Case box is packaged with plenty of protection.
Our affordable Saaya Silk flowers are shipped in bubble mailers, as these are not real roses they can handle rougher adjustments upon arrival - if needed.
